Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Online Store, and click "Add To Basket" alongside items that you wish to buy to put them into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

Our payments are processed by PayPal and can accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Switch, Delta, Electron and Maestro payment cards.

If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.

Shipping & Handling

UK orders will be sent out by 1st Class Royal Mail. International orders will be sent by Airmail. Delivery times are as follows: UK delivery is 1 to 2 working days. (The following UK destinations may experience delivery delays: Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Northern areas of Scotland and Orkney Isles, Outer Hebrides and the Shetland Isles. You will be advised by phone or e-mail of any delay). European delivery should be 3 to 5 working days, North American delivery should be 5 to 7 working days. Rest of the World is 7 to 10 working days. Express delivery charges are available on request.

Delivery Schedule

We will normally despatch your order to you within 5 business days. International orders are generally received within 14 days.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero.

Credit Card Payments

All payments are handled securely by PayPal, one of the worlds largest online payment services.

All credit card information is handled by PayPal, TurnRound does not recieve any information regarding your card details, only the payment.

Payment can be made by any major credit or debit card, including Visa, MasterCard, Switch and Delta. Payment will be debited from your account before the despatch of your purchase.

Guarantee

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 28 days of the date of despatch, with your receipt, providing it is still in its original packaging. Nothing in the above guarantee affects your legal rights.
